Today, Alex came on site to fix a printing error we were experiencing. He arrived within 30 minutes of our call and greeted us with a huge smile. Wonderful company to work with. When I worked at a church we used them for our printer services and so when my husband started his company 7 years ago and we need office equipment, I knew exactly who I was going to call and have been happy with my service and equipment since. We've been doing business with JQ for over 5 plus years now and highly recommend them! When I'm almost out of toner I call and its delivered the next day! If I have technical difficulties I call and they have someone out in a timely manner to fix the problem! And then there is Jessica, their business solution consultant! Can't say enough good words about this lady! She's authentic and genuine and always goes above and beyond to help!
